Effect of bacterial nanocellulose on the fresh and hardened states of oil well cement

چکیده
The evaluation of oil well cement additives is determined by the influence on rheological and mechanical properties slurry. use nanoadditives for cement, such as bacterial nanocellulose (BNC), has been increasing in recent years due to their high tensile strength, Young's modulus, thermal resistance. However, BNC addition not widely studied. purpose this work understand effects caused class G during fresh hardened states. Free fluid high-pressure consistometry tests have carried out state. In state, dynamic thermomechanical analyses (DMA) uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) performed. Additionally, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was determine calcium hydroxide content hydration degree (DOH). Results indicate that modifies slurry behavior reducing free incrementing consistency. Moreover, DOH increase with BNC. BNC-cement samples are increased terms storage modulus strength. These can improve performance used cementing operations.
